Terms of use
Last updated 3 October 2026. These terms cover The Voice Party game and its private online rooms. By installing or playing you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The Voice Party is provided by 2002 Studio. Contact: hello@thevoiceparty.com.
2. Using the game
You may install and play the game for personal use. You may stream and publish videos of the game, including monetized ones, as long as you follow the room rules below and do not present our assets as your own. Do not reverse engineer, cheat, or attack the online services. Players under 16 should play with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
3. Online room rules
These match the in-game rules screen you accept before hosting or joining a room.
- Only invite people who want to play. Each round sends a short microphone take to people in the room for scoring and playback. Do not record or share someone else's voice outside the room without their permission.
- No threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or sharing private information. Do not use a room to target or humiliate another player.
- Players can mute and report people or takes from the room. The host can remove players.
- We may remove access to online rooms for violations. To appeal, email hello@thevoiceparty.com.
4. Your recordings and content
You are responsible for takes you record. By sharing a take in a room, you let the players in that room hear it for the game. If you publish clips of the game, you keep ownership of your own voice and edits; the game, its art and sounds stay with their owners.
5. Third-party content
The game includes content from creators and asset authors who license it for use; credits are in the game under Settings, More, Credits. If you believe something in the game infringes your rights, email us and we will review it promptly.
6. Purchases and ads
Optional avatar packs are one-time purchases through Google Play. They are tied to your Google account, can be restored from the shop, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Reward ads are optional and never shown during a round. Virtual coins have no cash value.
